Terms of Service
1. Who These Terms Are Between
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Run The Play Inc (EIN 88-2281176), a company registered in the State of Georgia, United States, trading as The Locker Room and located at 11770 Haynes Bridge Rd Ste 205-362, Alpharetta, GA 30009(“we,” “us,” or “The Locker Room”), and you, the person registering for or purchasing our programs (“you”).
By registering, paying, or otherwise using https://www.thelockerroomhq.com, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not buy.
2. What You Are Buying
The Digital CEO Activation Playbook(the “Challenge”) is a 7-day educational program for $99. It consists of one lesson and one task per day, the Starting Line Assessment, live daily guidance from Justin Owens, brand message, content direction and builder schedule exercises, three bonus days, and access to The War Room, our private community, for the duration of the program.
The Digital CEO Activation Toolkit(the “Toolkit”) is an optional one-time $27 add-on containing a workbook, an expanded AI prompt library, a builder planner, a journal, daily execution checklists, and bonus frameworks. It is offered once, before checkout. It is not required to complete the Challenge.
You are buying education and access. You are not buying a service that builds a business for you, and you are not buying an outcome.
3. Enrollment and Access
You are enrolled only once your payment has cleared. Submitting the registration form does not reserve a place. Places are limited, and the doors close on the date shown on the sales page.
Access is personal to you. It is not transferable, and it may not be shared with, resold to, or used on behalf of anyone else. One purchase, one person.
4. No Income or Results Guarantee
We do not guarantee any income, revenue, followers, audience growth, or any other specific result.
Any figures, screenshots, or case studies shown on our website, in our content, or inside the program, including Justin Owens' own results, are illustrative of what has happened for a particular person under particular circumstances. They are not typical, they are not a promise, and they are not a projection of what you will achieve.
What you get out of the Challenge depends on your own effort, experience, starting point, market, and consistency. What the Challenge promises is clarity, structure, and your first real action. What you build on top of that is on you.
Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. All business decisions carry risk and are yours alone.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by our third-party checkout provider, Whop. We do not store your card details. The Challenge is a one-time payment. The Toolkit, if you add it, is a one-time charge on the same order. Neither is a subscription and neither will recur.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. This is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may terminate your access.
7. Your Conduct
By taking part, you agree that you will not:
- Share, copy, record, republish, or resell any lesson, worksheet, prompt, template, or framework we provide.
- Share your login or give anyone else access to the community or the materials.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or demean anyone in The War Room, or use it to spam or pitch other participants.
- Give us false information when you register.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, and without refund, if you breach this section.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the Challenge and the Toolkit, including lessons, videos, worksheets, prompts, assessments, templates, and frameworks, remains the property of Run The Play Inc. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. You receive no right to teach it, sell it, or present it as your own.
The work you produce during the Challenge, your brand statement, your content, your offer, is yours.
9. Third-Party Platforms
The Challenge is delivered using third-party services, including Whop for checkout and access. We are not responsible for outages, faults, or changes on those platforms, for problems with your own device or internet connection, or for email you do not receive because you gave us an incorrect address or your provider filtered it.
10. Communications
When you register we will email you about the Challenge. We may also send you SMS messages if you provided a phone number and consented. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any SMS, or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
11. Liability
All materials are provided on an “as is” basis for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Challenge is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated above. If we make a material change, we will update the date. Continuing to use our programs after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.
