Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you register for The Digital CEO Activation Playbook, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

1. Who We Are

Run The Play Inc (EIN 88-2281176), a company registered in the State of Georgia, United States, trading as The Locker Room, is the controller of your personal data.

11770 Haynes Bridge Rd Ste 205-362, Alpharetta, GA 30009
support@thelockerroomhq.com

2. What We Collect

What you give us at registration. Your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, including the country dial code you select.

What you give us at checkout. Payment is handled by Whop, our checkout provider. Whop collects your payment details. We never see or store your card number. We receive confirmation of what you bought and that it was paid.

What you post in The War Room. Anything you write or upload in the community, including your daily task check-ins, is visible to other participants and to us.

What we collect automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, plus whether you opened our emails and clicked links in them.

3. Why We Collect It

  • To enroll you, give you access, and actually deliver the seven days you paid for.
  • To email you the lessons, reminders, and program updates.
  • To contact you about your purchase, including if your checkout did not complete.
  • To send you marketing about our other programs, where you have consented or where we are permitted to.
  • To answer you when you contact support.
  • To keep records we are required by law to keep, such as tax records.

4. Who We Share It With

We share your data only with the services we need to run this, and only so they can do their job:

  • Whop, for checkout, payment, and program access.
  • GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, which holds your contact record.
  • Postmark, which sends our email.
  • Google Sheets, where registrations are recorded.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.

We do not sell your personal data. We never have. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it. We will disclose data if we are legally required to.

5. Email and SMS

We email you because you registered. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works. Transactional email about a purchase you made, such as your access details, is not marketing and will still be sent.

If you gave us a phone number and consented, we may text you about the program. Reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is never a condition of purchase.

6. Cookies

We use only what is needed to make the site work and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

7. How Long We Keep It

  • Purchase and tax records: as long as the law requires.
  • Your contact record and marketing preferences: until you ask us to delete them.
  • Community posts: until you ask us to remove them.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what data we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it is wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop sending you marketing.
  • Give you a copy of it.

Email support@thelockerroomhq.com and we will action it. We will not charge you for it and we will not make it difficult.

Deleting your data means we can no longer give you access to anything you purchased. We cannot delete records we are legally obliged to keep.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to it is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we take it seriously and we use reputable providers.

10. Children

This program is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

11. Where Your Data Is Held

We are a United States company and your data is processed in the United States. If you are outside the US, your data is transferred there.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is always the one published here.

13. Contact
