Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to every purchase of The Digital CEO Activation Playbook(the “Challenge”) and the optional Digital CEO Activation Toolkit(the “Toolkit”), sold by Run The Play Inc, trading as The Locker Room.
1. All Sales Are Final
The Locker Room does not offer refunds. All sales are final. This applies to the $99 Challenge, to the $27 Toolkit add-on, and to both purchased together as a single order.
By completing checkout you confirm that you have read this policy, that you understand no refund will be issued, and that you are buying on that basis.
2. Why This Policy Exists
The Challenge is a digital product delivered immediately. The moment your payment clears you receive the lessons, the daily tasks, the Starting Line Assessment, and access to the private community. If you added the Toolkit, its workbook, prompt library, planner, journal, checklists, and frameworks unlock instantly and are yours to keep.
There is no way to return what has already been delivered. The Challenge also runs live on a fixed schedule with limited places, so a seat you take is a seat someone else cannot.
3. Buy Only If You Are Sure
Do not buy if any of the following is true:
- You are not certain you can commit to one task a day for seven days.
- You expect a guarantee of income, followers, or any other specific result. We do not promise one.
- You are buying on the assumption that you can change your mind later. You cannot.
Everything the Challenge includes is listed in full on the sales page before you pay. Read it, and buy only if it is what you want.
4. Billing Errors
This policy covers change of mind. It does not cover billing errors. If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged an amount that does not match the price shown at checkout, contact us and we will investigate and put it right.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Challenge, the Toolkit, and the community, and to refuse you access to future programs. We will provide your purchase record and this policy to the card issuer.
If something has gone wrong, talk to us before you talk to your bank. We answer.
6. If We Cancel
If we cancel the Challenge outright and never deliver it, we will return what you paid for it. Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
7. Questions Before You Buy
We would rather answer a question than take money from someone who should not have spent it. Email us and we will tell you honestly whether this is for you.
